Survey and Design

We will conduct a comprehensive site survey to design your solar system. Installation will proceed only after your written approval of the design and quote.

Installation Timeline

Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Site Access

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Any delays caused by access issues may incur additional charges.

• Deposit: Required upon contract signing (typically 20-30%)
• Progress payments: As outlined in your specific agreement
• Final payment: Due upon completion and commissioning
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Installation Warranty

• Maintain clear access to the system for maintenance and emergency access
• Follow recommended maintenance schedules
• Notify us immediately of any system issues or concerns

Cooling-off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from contract signing to cancel without penalty (subject to Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Cancellation After Work Begins

If installation has commenced, cancellation fees may apply to cover work completed and materials ordered.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or energy savings that differ from estimates.

We maintain comprehensive insurance covering our installation work and public liability.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
